In this phone sales role, all leads and a basic pitch are provided for you to execute the calls. This is a temporary to hire position with regular business hours and pay of $13-$13.50 per hour, depending upon experience.

Please note that this is a full-time position, temp-to-hire. However, this company is also open to work schedules for just the Summer as well!

Job Duties:

• Answering inbound calls, performing 75-100 outbound calls per day
• Providing support to customers
• Updating client information in the system such as address changes, changes to billing contact, etc.
• Placing outbound calls using warm leads from the sales team
• Documenting calls in system
• Documenting daily work

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous sales or phone work of at least 1 year
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Upbeat personality
• Ability to meet client pre-screening requirements
