Operations Administrative Assistant
Job Details
Pro Staff St. Cloud is hiring for a temporary operations administrative assistant for a company located in Avon! You would be providing administrative and technical support to Project Managers and Project Manager Assistants.
Essential Job Functions:
-Coordinates travel arrangements (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.) for upper management employees and necessary guests.
-Reconciles and accurately codes expenses for Project Managers.
-Provides administrative support to Project Managers by typing correspondence, drafting/proofing memos and letters, coordinating various project-related meetings, assisting with initiatives, copy and distribute plans/documents, and filing.
-Data entry of information onto Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Pay is $14-16/hr.
Temporary role for 3-4 months.
Requirements:
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) Adobe, and Visio.
-Must be organized and detail-oriented.
-Good written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to organize and prioritize work including problem solving.
