Job Details

The Edina Pro Staff office is working with a company in Bloomington, MN to find a Commercial Customer Service Rep to add to their team. This position is a long term temporary position working 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at a pay rate of between $18-20 per hour, depending on previous experience. 

Responsibilities:
• Receiving customer orders via phone, email, and fax correspondence
• Data entry of orders into ERP system
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and completion
• Following orders from receipt to shipment (full cycle order management)
• Being primary point of contact for all commercial issues
• Researching, assessing, and resolving issues

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years experience working within a Customer Service Rep position
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and organization skills
• Ability to operate calmly and successfully in a fast-paced environment
