JOB SUMMARY

The Field Information Coordinator manages and coordinates the daily activities of the BSW and MSW Field Education programs. Tasks and roles include: maintaining student field records, managing electronic data systems related to field placements, (including the Intern Placement Tracking (IPT) database with data on students, field instructors, agencies, and field faculty), overseeing the planning and logistics of all field events, preparing marketing materials, field placement recruitment, managing the publication and distribution of program manuals and forms, assisting the Field Directors in the placement process, and responding to student, agency, and field instructor inquiries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities of the Field Education Programs.
  • Oversee planning and logistics of all field events.
  • Managing communications, manuals, and forms.
  • Assist in the placement process.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, agencies, and field instructors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or the equivalent
  • Three years of administrative support experience, preferably in higher education

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of IPT (Intern Placement Tracking) software
  • Event planning experience
