Pro Staff in Chanhassen is hiring for an experienced HR Generalist! Candidates should be enthusiastic and highly organized with a passion for Human Resources.

Pay: $40-50k depending on experience

Hours: Regular Business Hours

Responsibilities:

  • Work with agencies to onboard temporary workers and provide orientation
  • Processing payroll
  • Be available and respond to employee relations issues
  • Educate employees on their benefits and assist with open enrollment

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR highly preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish would be a plus
