Description: Marketing Lead, Visual Operations

Primary function: Utilizes Marketing and Visual experience to drive change with Visual processes and tools that enable the Visual team to deliver an undeniable Target guest experience in stores.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Drives input and creation/development of key Visual processes, tools and interaction model

•Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams.

•Influence Visual team members, peers and enterprise partners to drive change management to deliver on the instore guest experience.

•Drive measurable input into delivering Visual capabilities using curiosity of the business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs.

 •Initiate and drive new operational ideas on behalf of the Visual team and in service to the guest experience in store.

Demonstrates the ability to:

•Execute work that has a significant impact to Visual team and multiple cross-functional partners with limited resources and time constraints.

•Exert influence with peers, Leaders and cross-functional partners both internal and external

•Perform work with a degree of autonomy and independence

•Develop relationships, influence and gain commitment in order to resolve problems and drive toward desired outcomes

Job Requirements:

•College graduate or related experience

•Minimum of 6 years Visual and/or Operations experience

•Broad knowledge and experience in retail and/or Marketing

•Understanding of the Target Brand and application to instore environment

•Natural problem-solver who approaches solutions using data, reasoning, and curiosity

•Is resourceful, synthesizes information, thinks critically, and communicates the right level of information to the appropriate audience

•Develops healthy relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels
