Working in HR Planning and Delivery, you will be a key strategic partner for HR and business leadership. Whether developing a strategy or creating tools, resources or routines to bring those strategies to life, you will be a knowledgeable and committed resource. You'll make a positive impact on how team members experience organizational change, and you'll use information and work closely with leaders to help teams achieve their specific business goals.

As the Lead Business Partner, Stores HR Planning and Delivery, you'll deliver the stores HR strategic priorities that impact Stores Field Leadership teams and over 1,800 stores. Your work is highly complex and you are the store's voice and advocates in delivering on core HR process, routines and tools that support staffing, talent planning, scheduling, training, pay and rewards, culture and HR reporting and systems. You will identify opportunities, address gaps and implement tactics that will deliver desired results. You'll assess interdependencies and collision points and recommend sequencing of work to accelerate progress. You serve as an influential partner—acting as a consultant and implementer to drive impact for the organization. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you:
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience leading high scope projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances to achieve results
• Ability to build a strong network within Target and leverage resources and relationships to get things done
• Ability to navigate through complex problems, analyze processes, synthesize data and results and drive toward solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Competent in project management; has the ability to manage many priorities and tight deadlines
