Pro Staff in Eagan is working with an education software company who is looking to add an entry level Technical Support Specialist to their team. This is a long term temporary position ending in August.
In this position you would be providing technical support over the phone, live chat and by email to teachers and students who have questions about the educational software.
Must be able work a routing schedule including evenings and weekends
Pay rate is $16.50 per hour
Located in Saint Paul, MN

- Must have call center or customer service experience
- Must have strong grammar skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must have strong computer skills
