Working within the HR Operations Center, your mission will be to enhance the team member experience through a centralized HR support model.  You will have direct line of sight of the front line of HR support throughout the enterprise and will be challenged with understanding the needs of Team Members and HR clients, identifying solutions, and enhancing HR service delivery.

As a Lead HROC Consultant, you will create and drive strategic initiatives within a shared services organization.  Understand the overall business strategy of the HROC including detailed components of daily operations within multiple functional areas, how structure is used to provide cohesive service delivery, and how to navigate by utilizing all elements of the organization.   Develop and evaluate processes to ensure best methods are utilized, continual improvement realized, and outcomes are meeting client expectations.  Understand, monitor, and drive analysis of work environment to identify and act on opportunities to improve operations, team member experience, productivity, technology, training, and communication in order to optimize business results.  Manages internal Target client relationships by maintaining key contacts, understanding client business initiatives and strategies, and providing insight to clients resulting from HROC's service delivery.  Manages projects with a significant focus on measurement of issue and resolution, process development, control analysis, and change management.  Collaboratively works with all HROC leadership and multiple levels of partners to ensure a cross functional approach to operational performance.    Publicly represents the HROC by building and delivering branded presentations to diverse audiences.  Explores, develops and participates in implementation of strategic direction of a functional area within the HROC as well as the HROC in total.  Understands global business model, applies knowledge and expertise, drives change.  Initial focus of this role will be on centralization of recruiting administration for the enterprise.

About you:
Minimum Requirements:
• Four-year degree.
• Eight to ten years related work experience.
• Target HR and/or HROC experience
• Demonstrated proficient project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative.
• Able to think “out of the box” and develop creative solutions.
• Exceptional commitment to innovation and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and deliver results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
