As a Program Owner on our Service Operations team, you'll manage Programs for key assets across all Target Stores.  Responsibilities include budget, scope, schedule, execution, reporting and delivery of programs.  Interfaces and leads cross-functional coordination with Store Operations, Field Operations, Food Safety, Store Teams and external Vendors.  Works closely with internal and external teams to advance projects, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while remaining compliant with safety requirements. Develop and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor progress, effectiveness and vendor performance.  Job duties may change due to company initiatives and business needs.

About you:

Bachelor's Degree

2-4 years business experience

Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines

Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient

Strong analytical, financial, reasoning, and organizational skills

Able to develop recommendations to drive expense efficiencies

Proven negotiation & problem solving skills

Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations

Ability to maximize relationships team player/inspires others/takes partners across the organization and with outside
