As a Program Owner on our Service Operations team, you'll manage Programs for key assets across all Target Stores. Responsibilities include budget, scope, schedule, execution, reporting and delivery of programs. Interfaces and leads cross-functional coordination with Store Operations, Field Operations, Food Safety, Store Teams and external Vendors. Works closely with internal and external teams to advance projects, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while remaining compliant with safety requirements. Develop and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor progress, effectiveness and vendor performance.
