Job Details

Pro Staff is looking for a self-motivated individuals to work as part of a quality oriented team. Candidates must be detail oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be operating and setting up hydraulic shears prior to the metal cutting process. The successful candidate will have the ability to read and interpret work orders to cut sheets of metal down to specific sizes for production.

 Requirements:

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to convert decimals into fractions and vice versa
  • Ability to differentiate metal types and thicknesses
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
