Staffing Partners is looking for an Executive Assistant / Operations Administrative Coordinator. This is a direct hire/permanent position with a salary of $40,000-$60,000 per year. The position is located in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.

The position will provide direct administrative support to The Company's operation team, help with a range of executive administration tasks, and provide logistical support for events. This position will report directly to the COO and work in close coordination with all members of the team.

Responsibilities for Executive Assistant/Operations Administration Coordinator:

  • Arrange travel arrangement for executives
  • Assist with event planning and organization
  • Track expenses on projects
  • Maintain executives' and office calendar
  • Ensure that customer files and folders are properly organized, up to date, and correct
  • Work with quality department on database system management
  • General office management duties
  • Running miscellaneous reports
  • Proactive client outreach
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Preferred:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience arranging international travel for executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
  • Experience in copy editing
  • Acute attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Professional demeanor and communication
  • Energetic and responsive
  • Team player
