Sales Administrative Assistant

Staffing Partner's client, voted one of the top workplaces in the Twin Cities the last 5 years, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their growing sales team. Responsibilities of Sales Administrative Assistant:

  • Support Inside and Outside Sales Reps through quote generation, order entry, customer service and proposal/bid generation
  • Distribute inbound leads to appropriate sales reps
  • Properly qualify prospects
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Convey pricing accurately
  • Additional responsibilities as requested by sales reps

Requirements of Sales Administrative Assistant

  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience or customer service experience, preferably supporting sales representatives
  • Proficient with data entry and strong keying skills
  • Multi-tasking ability is a MUST
  • Team-focused
  • Dependable, reliable and a great attitude
