Job Description:
Job Summary:
Applies high guest service standards in dealing table games to increase game efficiency, time played, and promoting positive guest experience. Deals cards according to prescribed policies and procedures.
Budget/Asset Responsibilities:
Has responsibility for all player cash buy-ins and gaming chips at the table.
Job Duties:
Deals the game of Table Games in accordance with guest service standards and Casino policies and procedures to ensure game integrity. Communicates all pertinent information, i.e., player disputes and irregularities, guest inquiries, and guest requests to LSC Table Games Floor Supervisor as stipulated in department procedures.
Requirements: **All interviews will take place Thursday, April 11th, 10am - 5pm at the Employment office located at the Dakota Development Complex (2680 154th Street NW, Prior Lake). This class is for new dealers only. Must be interviewed and hired to take the Blackjack class. Please note that you must be able to attend the Blackjack Training class April 22- May 10th. Day class is 9:00 am - 4:00pm and Night class is 5:00pm-11:00pm.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass SMSC GE Table Games training
- Must pass basic math test
- Ability to communicate and understand information and ideas in spoken English.
- On feet or standing 100% of shift.
