Description: The incumbent will be responsible for overall management activities within Magnum's hub terminal and cross-dock facility, to include management and supervision of the Dispatch team, OS&D operation, and driver workforce, to ensure safety and accuracy of workflows and timely movement of freight, fulfilling customers objectives and company goals at the direction of the terminal manager. Scheduling and coordination of vehicle maintenance (PMI's.) Will also serve as worksite safety coordinator. Will include training and on-boarding of new associates, forklift certification, and other safety related and trackingactivities.

Hours: Monday-Friday, first shift. Hours may vary based on business needs.
