Job Description: Monitors the well being and safety of the children, contributes to sales and retention through positive communication with families, and assists with the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities. Assists and monitors Educare responsibilities: focusing on scheduling of staff and assisting with time off, monitors child;teacher ratios are met daily, ensures the planning, preparation, and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum, trains and mentors other Employees in the department and assists with enrollment tours. Ability to work in a Team Environment. Enjoys working with children.
Requirements:
- * Must be at least 18 years old.
* Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or other related field.
* Three or more years of experience in an early childhood program as a Teacher/leader.
* Pods 1-4 Manager -- working with Infants
* Preschool, LINK Manager -- working with Prek, School Age and Summer Camp.
* Understanding and worked with Licensing Regulations, Creative Curriculum, CLASS Observation or other Early Childhood regulations. LINK Manager -- previous experience with planning and implementing a recreational summer camp program.
* At least 3 years of previous experience with training and mentoring employees.
* CPR/First Aid certification required.
* Pass background check, work physical and drug test.
* Valid driver's license will be required with good driving record. Assist with busing duties.
