A sensor manufacturing company in the Brainerd Lakes Area is in need of an experienced SMT Operator to join their rapidly growing company. This position is responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of surface mount technology equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards.
- Responsible for quality assurance and documentation.
- Responsible for operating both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with working knowledge of SMT operation.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
- Must maintain a professional level etiquette.
