As a Lead Learning Consultant- Instructional Design you will apply adult learning theory to instructional design, collaborate with your learning design project members, and project manage the design and development process for TMN training experiences.   You will identify and integrate emerging technologies (augmented reality, mobile, etc.) in order to achieve your learning goals.  A Lead Learning Consultant- Instructional Design will conduct needs assessments to identify and select the appropriate learning solution. You will design the instructional material, curriculum, program, or learning solution that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners or groups of learners.  Ultimately you will assess whether the learning design solution produces positive results, such as a change in learner skill, knowledge, and/or behavior.Requirements
  • Four-year degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Instructional Design learning theories, processes & instructional design models
  • Excellent curriculum, course, lesson, and content development skills
  • Solid knowledge of course development software (Captivate, Storyline, InDesign) + Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
