All of your good work will help elevate and maintain Target as one of the world's most recognized and best-loved retail brands.As a Sr Finance Manager within Capital Finance, you will lead the Finance support for Target's investment in our Small Format store portfolio. You'll influence, shape, and value the financial impact that existing store performance has on future investment decisions. This includes driving financial analysis to optimize sales, margin, and operating expense within the young portfolio of existing Small Format stores. Effective applicants will drives strategies that improve existing store performance and translate this improvement into the pipeline of Capital investment opportunities in new stores. You will conduct analysis to prioritize and recommend strategies that have the most significant impact on financial return. You will cultivate influential relationships with partner groups including Properties, Merchandising, Store Planning, Space & Presentation, Store Operations, and Property Accounting in order to drive better outcomes for Target's Small Format program. - MBA Degree with strong academic performance preferred
- 6-9 years finance and business experience
- Outstanding communication and relationship building, with team oriented focus
