A role in Finance Process & Technology means providing world-class client service that maximizes the business value of enterprise and technology strategies, including the Finance systems portfolio. You'll become a process and product “CEO,” owning your vision, telling your story and helping others understand and support the product roadmap.

As a Sr Finance Change Owner you will focus on behaviors, tactical tools, and strategies as you mobilize change commitment for IT-based and organizational initiatives through communication, leadership alignment, engagement activities, and training. You will ensure effective change management is integrated into Finance Process & Technology initiatives by applying Target's change framework and methodology through coordinated partnerships with Talent Development & Change and Internal Communication teams for large scale enterprise initiative. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

  • B.A/B.S degree or equivalent experience (Prosci and/or other Change Management certification).
  • 3 years general business/change management experience with projects inclusive of training and communication components.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; tailors message by audience, negotiates conflicts constructively, and provides essential information to the right people at the right time
  • Highly proficient in driving results through collaboration.
  • Effectively influences with authority and demonstrates ability to establish  leadership presence up to Sr Director level.
  • Ability to synthesize and/or distill organization and IT strategies into consumable, people-centric components.
  • Experience developing measurement  & automation routines, across qualitative and quantitative data, to enhance change program communication, implementation, and adoption.
