Job Details

A specialized IT company in the SW Metro is hiring for an Inventory Analyst! In this role, you will be overseeing the inventory management and purchasing responsibilities. 

Duties include:
  • Coordinating the warehouse and financial forecasting activities to limit costs and improve accuracy
  • Analyze delivery and inventory processes to identify and recommend changes including invoicing and shipment tracking
  • Generate purchase orders
  • Source vendors and options
  • Negotiate pricing/costs
  • ...and various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting, inventory, or other related experience
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Suites
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills 
  • Financial/mathematical acumen
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot, and problem solve
  • Strong communication skills
