Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assist Supervisor and other Team Leads on a daily basis
• Monitor the work of machines and assembly workers at all times
• Train new staff and team members
• Checking and inspecting labels for proper information and make revisions as needed
• Visually inspect material for defects and contaminations
• Work effectively with engineers, technicians, and floor personnel to resolve day-to-day issues
• Review, investigate, and resolve material issues, customer complaints, and subassemblies
• Perform final inspection of products
• Other job duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working within manufacturing settings, plastic injection molding experience preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of lead/training experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbally
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
