French Bilingual Customer Service
Job Details
In partnership with an industry leader in insurance services located in Eden Prairie, MN Pro Staff is currently looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative on a temp-to-hire basis! Come work for a company that strives in helping their employees develop their career growth!
In this role, the individual will take inbound and outbound calls to answer insurance related questions regarding customer accounts. Responding to customers in a timely manner and providing accurate information is a top priority for this company! Ideal candidates for this position will have the ability to multi-task with numerous assignments in an organized fashion.
Pay: $15/hour
Hours: Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience
- Comfortable with making outbound calls
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication skills in English and French
