Description: Sr Recruitment Marketing Business Partner (Media Strategist)

As a Sr. Recruitment Marketing Business Partner, TA Strategy & Operations (Media Strategist), you will support the development of annual media strategies across Enterprise wide hiring needs and serves as strategic liaison/ consultant to recruitment marketing agency and vendor partners as well as internal marketing partner teams.
Core responsibilities of this job are described within the job description.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Main point of contact to recruitment marketing agency for all annual media related plans and questions
• Works with recruitment marketing agency and internal marketing team to develop annual media strategies including but not limited to programmatic advertising, paid search strategy, PPC plans etc.
• Partners with internal marketing teams to explore media efficiencies and new media opportunities
• Provides guidance to the recruitment marketing business teams on campaign specific media plans
• Develops KPIs and success metrics for media plans and tracks against these metrics consistently to ensure optimization of media strategies
• Is the main point of contact for all of Target's recruitment marketing vendors such as Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor etc.
• Conducts an annual audit of recruitment marketing vendors and works with Sr. Manager to negotiate annual plans
• Has experience building key marketing strategy documents such marketing and media briefs
• Partners closely with content strategist to ensure messaging for media plans are Target branded and achieve the required messaging goals
• Provides data-driven recaps and recommendations for the future based on insights, trends and innovation
• Plans and regularly tracks budgets for all on-going/always on media elements
• Contribute to the success of cross-company projects by acting as a consultant/resource to projects requiring TA support/direction.
• As necessary, partner with other HR and cross-company teams to accomplish project goals and objectives.
• Support other recruitment efforts as needed.
• Administer general training as needed.
• As assigned, lead and/ or work with project/ cross-company teams.
• Serve as a resource for TA leaders, recruiters/sourcers and process business partners/consultants.

About you:
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience with media strategies including but not limited to paid social media, programmatic advertising, SEO, SEM etc.
• Ability to influence without authority and partner with others to deliver results
• Ability to effectively communicate findings in written and verbal formats
• Strong MS Office skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Desire and ability to innovate and evolve existing processes/best practices
• Demonstrated collaboration and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to establish credibility with all levels
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous media planning and execution experience
• Success in driving change at department level or above
