A role with our Small Format team means working on our small-format stores which are often placed in vibrant urban environments or in partnership with university campuses. Within 50,000 square feet or less, you and your team will help identify the just-right product mix. Your localization expertise and ability to deeply understand our various guests' needs and how to exceed them.


As a Sr. Business Partner, Small Format Performance  you'll be responsible for identifying and understanding underlying opportunities to improve Small Format performance while leading a cross functional effort aimed at executing these tactics. 

  • Lead work focused on improving sales and profitability while optimizing expenses
  • Leads the team to translate financial outputs into actionable tactics.
  • Partners with finance to  establish data into actionable insights to improve the program's profitability
  • Relays learnings to upstream decision makers in the store planning process
  • Responsible for broad program management, providing direction and creating accountability for cross functional partners.
  • Participates in program development of process and tools to advance our work, quickly iterate, and remove roadblocks
  • Develop communication vehicles & content to provide updates to stakeholders, the broader organization, leadership team and the board
  • Improve communication processes and tools across Cross Functional teams
  • Coordinate across stakeholders, and identify dependencies across group and with broader  organization
  • Develop and create test & learn culture to quickly test ideas and adjust; align short and long term goals to capitalize on this approach
  • Outstanding communication - both in presenting and the development of content for presentations. 
  • Strategic and innovative (able to take a step back, be creative, push boundaries, prioritize and guide thinking )

About you:

  • Four Year College Degree
  • 2+ years Properties, Merchandising, Program Management or Store Operations experience
  • Experience with working in Cross Functional Teams driving large scope & impact initiatives with the ability to influence and operate effective across multiple areas of the business.
  • Highly analytical, with a keen ability to interpret large amounts of data and drive strategy development with the ability to synthesize the information while having a balance between the art & science of the data.
