CNC Machinist I
Valley Staffing is working with an incredible employee centered manufacturing company in the Shakopee, MN area to find driven and hardworking candidates to work as a CNC programmer.

In this role you will set up and operate machines or processes to manually grind, lap, hone and deburr parts, maintain clean and safe equipment, and perform to business measures.

Essential Job Functions include:
- Measure dimensions of finished work ensuring conformance to specifications. Utilizing precision measuring instruments, templates and fixtures.
-Remove an dreplace dull-cutting tools.
-Stop machines to remove finished work pieces, according to required sequences.
-Monitor machine operation and control panels- deleting malfunctions
-Control and monitor coolant systems.
-Maintain machines, removing/replacing broken or worn machine tools.
-Stack/Load finished items on conveyor systems
-Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures and work pieces on machines using hand tools.
-Clean machines, tooling and parts using solvent, solutions and rags.


Qualifications/Requirements:
- Job Knowledge- 1-2 years of related experience (required- non negotiable)
- Competency in stand-alone CNC machining with normal part variety or CNC grinding. (required)

Hours are 7am-3pm M-F with varying mandatory OT depending on production needs
