Digital Media& Search means being close to the action of delivering
profitable sales to Target.com and bringing the business's multichannel vision
to life. You'll create and implement industry-leading digital media plans for
Brand & Category Marketing while staying on the cutting edge of emerging
digital media innovations. Cultivating an environment of full-team engagement,
leadership and personal development, you'll be a champion for open
communication and program transparency. As a Trading Manager,
you'll take a guest-centric approach to programmatic activation in order to
deliver on Target's enterprise marketing objectives. This person must have the
ability to take a data-driven approach to content, audiences, and media, with
an eye toward technological advancements that will make Target first-to-market
in the media space. You will activate and execute programmatic campaigns using
buying platforms and third party activation tools to proactively manage bidding
and private exchange cost/revenue, working closely with internal and external
stakeholders to utilize inventory and data most effectively. You'll also
partner closely with 3rd party tools and technology to lead channel
and platform betas. Above all, you will be expected to help drive connections
between audience, content and media and how they interact to deliver measurable

- Bachelor
degree required3+
years of media planning/buying experienceExperience
buying and trading media in real-time biddable marketplace, such as
search, social, and/or programmaticTrack record of thinking strategically, delivering
results and managing operationsUnderstanding of agile methodologiesAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyExperience developing and executing content and media
testingAbility
to collaborate and navigate an organization effectivelyStrong analytical skills and data acumenStrong verbal and written communication skills
