We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our growing internal team in Plymouth! Our days are exciting, fast-paced, and always bring new challenges! Candidates who typically succeed in this role are team-oriented, with great communication skills, and an outgoing personality.
As a Recruiter your job responsibilities will include;

What are we looking for in candidates? • Previous experience in a fast paced face-face customer service or sales environment is extremely helpful
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Perform recruiting activities, including but not limited to, social media recruiting, job board recruiting, networking, job fair attendance and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations and assessing required for client assignments to maintain a pool of skilled talent at all times and ensures client and talent expectations, objectives, and related requirements are understood and met with each placement.
- Negotiate pay rates and determine appropriate client bill rates.
- Determine candidates appropriate to submit to client and manage the submission process from initial submission through interviewing and testing and finally assisting in determining placement of candidates.
- Onboard candidates and prepare for client assignments, ensuring all client-specific documents are completed and that onboarding is completed in accordance with Advantage Resourcing policies and procedures.
- Skill markets qualified talent to clients to drive revenue and match talent to appropriate opportunities.
- Keep abreast of business within the marketplace, flip references to uncover prospects and refer leads to sales and management team as appropriate.
- Assists with building on existing and new client relationships through understanding client operations and needs, and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
- Interact regularly with the sales and operations staff to ensure accurate and complete communication with clients and talent.
