Job Details

Pro Staff is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join a biomedical device and diagnostic testing company in Chaska, MN on a temporary basis!  Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and be ready to provide support to a variety of HR functions including administrative, hiring, on-boarding, payroll, and benefits.

Pay: $25-30/hour depending on experience

Hours: 20 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 5pm

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Human Resource Experience
  • Strong understanding of I-9 and employment laws
  • Experience with on-boarding and orientations
  • Previous experience scheduling interviews and travel arrangements

Job Duties:

  • Maintain, reference and report on associate’s records
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
  • Prepare paperwork required to place employee on payroll
  • Provide logistical support for the hiring of internal and external applicants
