Lamination Tech -3rd Shift

Join our team on 3rd Shift as a Lamination Tech! We are looking for a candidate with a background in manufacturing, a strong work ethic and attention to detail and who is comfortable working with computers - glass handling experience a plus!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling of glass by using equipment to assist with loading and unloading through the process.
• Continuous quality checks throughout each process
• Working with computer programs, HMI, and software to run equipment
• Ability to accurately measure using a micrometer, caliper and tape measure
• Soldering capabilities
• Testing product at different processes
• Troubleshooting and quick response to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work effectively as a team and individually.
• Ability to multi-task and get the job completed
• Understanding of supporting roles and direct contacts
QUALIFICATIONS
• Three year work experience in manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent problem solving and creative thinking
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Computer Experience
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
*3rd shift hours are Sunday through Thursday 10pm-6am & includes 20% shift differential
