Brake Press Set Up Operator
Valley Staffing is partnering with a local metal stamping company to identify qualified individuals for their current opening as a Brake Press Operator needed for 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Set-up and operate Cincinnatti Brake Press using materials such as stainless steel and cold rolled steel
*Ability to perform math and measure part dimensions using a variety of instruments such as calipers, protractors, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc.
*Must be able to inspect parts and measure critical dimensions
*Ability to read prints, inspect parts and fill out inspection paperwork
*Maintain calibrated tools
*Ability to stand and work various positions for several hours at a time
*Ability to lift 50 lbs.
*Must have the ability to meet productions rates while working in a safer manner following all safety procedures

Requirements:
*2-3 years of Brake Press set-up and operations/preferred
*Familiarity of ISO procedures
*Must be detail orientated, proficient in shop math, read and interpret drawings,understand and follow verbal direction
*Ability to lift 50 lbs.
