Pro Staff has partnered with a company located in Bloomington who is looking to add a Temporary Recruiter to their team! The individual in this position would be assisting with the searching efforts in finding drivers for deliveries. This position is expected to last 6-8 weeks and would be starting as soon as possible! The schedule would be Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and would be paying $15-18 per hour depending on experience.

Job Duties:

  • Writing postings for current openings
  • Posting positions to internal and external job boards
  • Following up with applicants who have applied
  • Prescreening candidates over the phone
  • Conducting in person interviews
  • Assisting hiring manager with onboarding decisions

    • Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting experience is required
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast faced environment
