Hours: Candidates must be flexible working an 8 hour shift between 8:00am – 8:00 pm Monday-Friday 

Pay: $15/hour 

Responsibilities:

This position will require handling inbound calls regarding a breach of confidential information. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service experience as well as phone etiquette!

Requirements:

• Dependability, commitment and on-time, daily attendance
• Accurate data entry skills and ability to simultaneously speak with customers over the phone while typing call note
• A minimum of one year customer service experience, preferably in a call center role but will consider transferable skills from retail, food service, or other industries
• Ability to maintain a professional phone presence and uphold customer service objectives when speaking with callers
• Computer proficiency, including previous database experience
