Position/Title:
Quality Supervisor / Manager
Experienced Quality Supervisor/Manager needed for Machine shop located in located in Lakeville, supporting the medical device and high tech industries


Requirements:
• Specialized training in Quality with 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Supervise and participate in all aspects of the quality process. Including; incoming inspection of materials or components, first article and audit inspection of finished goods or work in process.
• Proficient use of both manual and electronic instruments.
• Supervise and participate in document management, record quality findings, creation and management of inspection documentation.
• Administer inspection policies under management guidance.
• Train employees on quality policies, inspection equipment and methods.
• Manage inspection equipment calibration process.
• Exercise sound judgement in dealing with fellow employees, suppliers and customers.


Normal working hours are Monday-Thursday (7-4:30) and Fridays (7-11).
