Job Duties Include:

• Reaching out to clients/customers via phone and email
• Answering incoming client/customer calls
• Looking up order information
• Tracking orders and lost orders
• Taking new orders over the phone
• Entering orders into the system
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Include:

• At least a high school diploma or GED
• At least 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
• Must have clear and professional communication
• Must be comfortable working in MS office, including Excel. 
• Must be able to meet client pre-screening requirements
