H&H Trailers by Novae Corp. is seeking a professional to manage our engineering department in Southwest Iowa. H&H Trailers by Novae is driven to provide quality trailers to our customers. The Engineering Manager must be able to lead the engineering team and have hands-on knowledge and experience in the manufacturing field. Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Hands-on manager, with the ability to lead a team
• Education: BSME or BSMET
• Min. of 5 yrs. Mech. Eng. experience in a manufacturing environment
• Min. 3 yrs. in a management position
• Demonstrated use of Mech. Engineering verification tools/techniques, ISO/QS Quality systems, and Project Management
