As the Director, TMN Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for transforming the team from reporting to an industry leading analytics and insights practice.  You will establish and deliver a strategy and roadmap that propels Target Media Network as an analytics and insights leader in the advertising industry. As a business leader and partner to technology, you will work to improve reporting KPI's, tools and other capabilities needed to support the strategy and vision for the analytics and insights practice. This includes actively managing, coaching and developing team members through clear expectations, goal setting as well as performance management. You will define departmental routines, best practices, and initiatives that support effectiveness, innovation, and speed to insight within the assigned budget while maintaining senior level relationships internally as well as with external partners such as vendors and TMN clients.  This role acts as a thought leader and oversight to projects that support innovation and growth in this area.   • 4-year college degree as well as post graduate degree (MBA preferred) with minimum 5 years of experience creating and driving strategic business decisions after graduate school
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated growth and success with insights and analytics leadership roles within the advertising industry (publisher or agency), with a top management consulting firm, or across retail or CPG industry.
  • 5+ years of analytical and conceptual problem-solving including delivery of packaged insights to senior level leaders.
  • 5+ years of people management experience required, including leading leaders of people.
  • 3+ years of building relationships with senior executive leaders, including influencing without authority.
  • Proven ability to stand-up, transform and lead teams specifically in the analytics and insights space.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell compelling business and result stories.
