Assistant Office Manager

Pro Staff is currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Office Manager to work at a growing Mechanical Contractor company in Edina, MN! Come work for a company that values their employees and enjoys a business casual dress code, excellent health insurance upon permanent hire and 401 K match after 1 year.
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $16-19/hr
In this role your primary job duties will include being at the front desk and answering phone calls, as well as administrative duties like filing, data entry and reconciliation of invoices. General accounting knowledge would be beneficial as you will be reviewing general ledgers and providing back up to payroll.
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer, Outlook and Excel skills
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Ability to be flexible and learn new systems
