Job Details

Eagan Pro Staff is working with a well established software company in the Eagan are who is looking to add a Senior Customer Support Agent to their team. 

The main responsibilities for this role is being a leader for the customer service team. troubleshooting basic technical issues, and managing support escalations between departments. Qualified candidates would be comfortable with SQL language and queries. 

Pay rate is starting at $18 per hour

Other responsibilities include: 
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with customers
  • Troubleshoot issues or escalate when appropriate  
  • Provide basic troubleshooting to network and connectivity issues
  • Other duties when asked
Requirements: 
  • Must have experience with  SQL language and queries
  • Must have customer service/call center experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
This is a 1st shift position Monday through Friday
