SENIOR ENGINEER

Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior Engineer at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for developing and launching new services that support Target's team members. This role will design, configure, develop and support innovative solutions across a variety of applications, platforms and environments, building tomorrow's technologies to enable Stores, Distribution Centers, and Headquarters team members. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) reviewing user requirements and needs for new software and performing analysis, design, implementation, installation and training related to new software; (2) developing Kronos custom reports using SSRS; (3) designing new WIM (Work Force Integration manager) jobs to integrate Kronos with PeopleSoft and other payroll systems; (4) creating SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting; and (5) designing custom tools using rest API, designing batch scripts and JAVA scripts, and designing micro services using Java.
