Job Details
Responsible for procuring direct and indirect materials to support production and aftermarket sales while reducing inventory and cost. Assist in the strategic direction of assigned commodities.
Tactical and strategic management of supply for assigned commodities. Work with suppliers to bring materials to align with production requirements
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, communication or similar vocations obtained through a four year bachelor’s degree. B.S. or B.A degree is preferred; Supply Management, Business or Supply Chain is preferred. APICS or other industry certification a plus.
Experience
Three years of experience in procurement, expediting or material control required.
SAP experience is a must!!
