Pro Staff is now hiring for a Help Desk Technician in Chaska, MN in partnership with a company that provides strategic IT solutions for its clients. Looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, previous help desk experience not required. The technician is responsible for supporting all field-based activities including providing support to vendor partner technicians, which at times requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. Job duties will also include data entry for status and reporting information.

Pay: $16-19/hour depending upon experience

Length: 6 month contract

Schedule:  1st shift

Qualifications:
