You'll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on the guest experience. As the Retail Brand Experience Strategy and Planning Director, you'll be responsible for leading the in-store presentation strategy development by integrating priorities across Retail Brand Experience teams, and guided by Target's Enterprise strategies.  You will be responsible for representing RBX on the Enterprise quarterly planning team by developing planning documents for quarters and key seasonal moments.  You will also lead strategic initiatives, creating project charters, strategy documents and facilitate working teams to move initiatives forward.  The key to this role is the ability to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Retail Brand Experience channels and Merchandising.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.About you:
  • Four-year degree in Marketing or a minimum of 8-10 years relevant retail experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to synthesize information/issues and deliver unique, timely and Guest-centric solutions
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain Guest-centric focus
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience in developing successful briefs
  • Advanced understanding of the Target Brand
  • Strategic and creative thinker
