Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr Analyst Operations Support your primary duties will be to analyze daily, weekly and monthly operational reports in order to track trends, identify opportunities and determine impacts of strategic and operational changes.  Act as Strategy SME for the Collections, REDcard Guest Services (RGS) and Fraud Prevention Diputes Resolution (FPDR) teams. Work to develop a thorough understanding of strategies, processes, how to get to data, etc. Partners with management team to align analysis with business objectives that foster continuous improvements.  Provide key support to projects & remediation work, allowing the team to self-serve where possible and minimizing heavy dependency on key partners. Supporting activities include researching strategies supporting Collections, REDcard guest services, and Fraud Prevention Diputes Resolution understanding the processes to be able to provide key data points and better enable business decision.  Creates new or ad-hoc reporting templates when needed to help with analysis and to answer questions, addressing changing conditions, portfolio trends, portfolio performance (including Vendor) and legislative impact.  Will have a solid understanding of external factors that may impact the overall performance in REDcard guest services and Collections.  Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.


About you:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in or willingness to learn SQL
• Proven excellent analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, summarize, and communicate important data
• Ability to multi-task and use various computer systems to answer questions, identify problems, and perform activities to resolve issues for the business
• Collections knowledge and/or contact center background
• B.A. or B.S. Degree
