A role on the Financial Planning and Analysis team means providing insight and guidance to support Target's strategic growth strategies and financial decisions. You'll deliver objective and financially-focused insights to the business owners and finance leaders. You will be a critically important resource for long-term and annual financial planning, analysis and drive cross-company initiatives.  


As a Sr. Manager, FP&A, Stores Finance, you are responsible for providing financial support and insights for payroll and resource decisions across Target's store base.  In this role, you will work alongside partners across Store Operations, Pay and Benefits, Field Human Resources, and other Finance teams to support wage investments and drive optimal resource allocation decisions that impact store teams. 
Support will include expense management, business case analysis, and resource allocation.

  • 6-9 years finance and business experience
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building aptitude, with team-oriented focus

  • Ability to communicate with and educate senior level leaders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where you are managing multiple requests and projects for a variety of leaders
