Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as the KQAL Program Coordinator.  This position is an externally funded position with an expected start date of July 1, 2019.  This position is responsible for creating and producing radio programs that educate, enhance or promote local, regional or statewide items of artistic, cultural or historic significance under the terms of the Legacy Amendment, Minnesota statute 129D.19. Additionally, the Program Coordinator works with the General Manager to insure suitable programs are placed on the KQAL website and AMPERS website for archival purposes or online distribution.

Minimum qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of experience at a commercial or non-commercial radio station in an on-air programming capacity or work in the television industry producing or editing programs.
