Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our recruiters accompany candidates along the new team member journey, from the very first engagement to day one on the job, and beyond. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love.
As an Enterprise Internship Program Owner, you will own the strategy and implementation for end to end program management for hundreds of interns across HQ, Stores and DCs at the undergraduate and graduate talent levels. You will establish partnerships internally and externally with multiple teams to ensure strategic and tactical success of internship program. It takes orchestration across dozens of teams to provide a world class experience and you are at the center engaging the right teams and people to continue to evolve and elevate our programs.
In addition, you will have deep expertise of campus recruiting and internship programs through external benchmarking and relationships with partners and peer programs to influence our future. You will manage the program budget including housing, travel, events and will be fiscally responsibility while advancing Target's reputation. Lastly, you may assist with campus recruitment, travel and conferences as needed across total campus programs.

About You:
• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation and organizational skills
• Strong client focus with the ability to interface and support at all levels
• Propensity for action and delivering results quickly
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking and analytical skills
• Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages with ambiguity
