Pro Staff has partnered with a non-profit company located in Hopkins to staff for their Customer Service Representative position! The individual in this role will be communicating with high level clients to coordinate orders and answer questions. This position has a set schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and offers a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Job Duties:

  • Interacting with large clients via phone, email, and face to face
  • Answering questions and following up on orders
  • Performing accurate data entry into ERP system
  • Preparing quotes for clients
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Handle intake information related to new client accounts

    • Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a customer service client support role
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a high attention to detail
