A premier manufacturing company in the Aitkin Area is looking for a Plant Manager. The successful candidate will supervise the activities of production workers and apply knowledge of machine set up and production machining methods. A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers. 
- Apply knowledge of molding machine setup.
- Read operating logs to identify malfunctions in molding machines. 
- Review production schedules and assign duties to workers. 
- Study Quality Control Reports to identify product defects. 
- Examine molded products from each machine to verify conformance to specifications. 

Requirements:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum two years related experience
- Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
