Job Details
Pro Staff in Chanhassen is looking for candidates to work in the Disposition Center as a Returns Processor for a company that is a provider of IT solutions. A Retuns processor will process returned products from the field and preparing it to be put back into inventory or redeployed.
Pay: $15-17
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Follow detailed specifications for the proper unpacking, cleaning/restoring, recycling or proper disposal of customer equipment returned
- Box and label equipment as needed
- Complete customer inventory check-off lists
- Track and record inventory returned to be decommissioned
- Assist with data management involving disposition status, schedules and project deliverables
- Assisting with the daily maintenance, clean-up and organization of the Disposition Cente
- Good Attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. (if something is too heavy they want them to ask for help)
- Ability to learn
- Two-year college or technical degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience
- Basic PC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various Microsoft operating systems
- Prefer prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Enthusiastic with exceptional organizational skills
- Time management skills
